Seaside Village is situated in Big Bay and offers quality accommodation, ideally suited for both holidaymakers or business travellers.  All the apartments are in close proximity to numerous restaurants, shops and tourist attractions.

This spacious Penthouse apartment consists of 3 Bedrooms and can accommodated up to 6 persons at a time.  The main bedroom has a queens size bed with an open plan en-suite bathroom consisting of a corner bath and shower.  The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.  There is a shared bathroom for the second and third bedroom consisting of a shower, toilet and basin.  The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.  The lounge is comfortably furnished with a flat screen TV.  The lounge leads onto a large balcony with braai facilities and breath taking view of the Atlantic Ocean, Robin Island and Table Mountain. Enjoy every sunset from the balcony with a glass in hand.

The complex has 24 hour security.  Two underground parking bays behind closed gates come with the apartment.

  • This is a non smoking apartment and is not suitable for pets.
  • No parties or events.
  • We offer DSTV Compact Package if client like to upgrade to Premium cost difference will be added for his/her account.
  • Apartment is located on second floor by stairs.
  • A 50% Booking fee will be required once the booking is confirmed and the balance is required one month prior to arrival.  Should it be short notice bookings the full accommodation fee plus the breakages deposit needs to reflect in our bank account before keys will be handed over.  Please no cash payment will be accepted unless prior arrangement have been made.
  • For customers with South African bank accounts:
    R1000 breakage deposit is required – refundable after outgoing inspection.
